I am beeng accused of missing cash

On 11-02-2013 i went to the bank to deposit money, R12690, 00 on behalf of my sister Thompho Tshikambe. The teller count the money and give me my change and slip. Problem started when i received call from the bank at about 17h00 same day. The caller from the bank accused me of depositing insurficient fund (with R400 short). It was R200 rands notes only, now i am told that there was 2 R50 and 1 R100 which i did not deposit. She asked me to come to the bank, which i did the following day (12 -02-2012). I talked to branch manager who refered me to teller controller. I show here a slip but she said the machine did not count right. She is even threatening to reverse my transaction if i dont pay R400. And i cant afford that because that was my last money. And i was depositing for a flat that i have to move in this coming months. I am serving notice where i am staying. It means i will be homeless if my transection is reversed. The branch manager promised to investagate. I dont know how could a big bank like FNB subject me to the trauma like this because of their mistake. Sad thing is that they are blaming me for this. I am now confussed and broke. I dont even have R400 extra in my pocket.
