I sent an email to [Email Removed] (general queries as taken from the website) regarding the administration of my frail grandmother's affairs. This was done on 9 January 2013. I received a response on 11 February 2013 - more than a month later. Worst of all, the advice given was to give the call centre a call!!!??? You might as well remove all electronic correspondence channel. The old lady may well be deceased by the time I get the answers I need.
