I am a very satisfied FNB Customer. so what does any satisfied customer do? he spread the word...
so i referred my sister to switch over to FNB, and after convincing her al the benefits that FNB has to offer, she decided to switch over. so the applications process began. FNB contacted her and told her that they would switch her Debit orders for her, it will be done quickly according to FNB. i helped her fill the online form in to register for Cellphone banking. all of this has been done, a MONTH and A HALF AGO!!! still there is outstanding debit orders that needs to be transferred, still no contact from FNB regarding the cellphone banking. i feel so stupid, because i literally painted the picture of FNB gold, and this is what she is getting!! now every month, she has to withdrawn money from FNB and go to her previous bank to deposit money, just so that her debit orders can go off. this is nonsense, she's been banking at "Beep Bank" for over 11 years, and this is the first reaction she is getting from FNB. I feel so humiliated!! i just want to thank FNB for making me looking like a fool!!! but hey, that's how i learn i suppose. FNB, How can we you!!
