I moved my life insurance to Outsurance with the expectation that i will be getting my moneys worth. The agent i spoke to assured me that i will be getting personalised service, and that should any queries arise i could contact him via email. I moved for double what i was paying on the basis that i would get my policy documents within 24hrs of accepting the cover, its a month now and still NO sign of my documents (on email/post)
I have made numerous attempts to contact the agent, and still no response.

Outsurance is iconic for good service but I'm so appalled by the manner in which my request was handled. I guess one rotten potato spoils the whole bag.
