Am a Platinum Customer who works very hard for my Money. I pay a nominal fee to enjoy benefits that supposedly is available to Nedbank Clients. Having my own Personal Banker in essence should make my Banking experience a whole lot uncomplicated right? Wrong! Nedbank and their Staff has proved that Customer Experience is NOT at the pinnacle of what they do. They are yet to learn what its like to exceed Customer Experience and delight Customers. Is it legal for a Bank to go into one's account and remove money without the Customer's permission?? I thought Nedbank is the Custodian and Gatekeeper of one's hard earned cash? I was told by a very Rude and badgerring Complaints Offficer "Mandla" who literally interogated me throughout my call without giving me a valid reason as to why they removed money out of my savings account to pay for my Personal loan that normally goes off my cheque account. APPARENTLY, Nedbank does have the right to do so and this is stated in my Contract? I have been literally begging and pleading for someone to send me this contract and voice recording but all my emails are simply being ignored? Shame on You Nedbank!! I have lost my trust in You as a Bank..Off i go.
