Ipad Ordered in Nov still no show!! 2nd complaint

I posted a compliant about a month ago about an IPAD that was ordered in Nov last year. Still till today no one has phoned to sort out this matter.

Can someone please call me to sort this out, it is rediculous to wait from Nov last year until Middle Feb for someone to sort this out.
