Ipad Ordered in Nov still no show!!

We ordered an ipad close to the end of Nov 2012 and thought it would be delivered in December as the agents told me. Nothing happened and no phone call from no one.

I phoned FNB on Thursday to find out, they told me to phone the supplier or the Courier. Well i started at the Supplier they had no order for me, phoned the Courier same story no nothing of me.

Phoned FNB again, to be told the ipad we ordered was not available in the colour we requested and that was that. FNB did not bother to phone or notify me they just decided to do nothing about it.

Then the call centre agent said someone would phone in 48-72hrs and still till today no one has phoned.

Can someone please tell me what is going on, should i cancel the order??
