More than 3 months to resolve provident fund

Bauba and his colleagues have stalled over the last 3 months in closing my provident fund with previous employer and transferring the funds into my personal RA. There has been a long string of emails to Bauba from my brokers that have either been ignored or promises of delivery made in replies that have not been met. The final straw was that I gave Bauba until the end of last week to resolve this. He replied that it would've been done last tuesday (5 Feb). Since then nothing seems to have been done and he's ingored emails from my brokers trying to follow up.
