Begging For My Money

My insurance policy was so efficiently completed and so was the claim when the vehicle was written off. A premium was deducted thereafter and after much correspondence; phone calls and begging I was refunded the premium with an assurance that no debits will occur in future. At the beginning of this month the premium was deducted again I called and spoke to so many people and all promised that the refund will be effected immediately. I am still begging this company for my money...
