Terrible, terrible service!

I have had endless problems with Liquid Captial - ENDLESS! It started with my first debit order going off on the wrong date and has not ended. EVERY time we took our car in for a service there were problems - every single time! It cost my husband having to drive to Edenvale and sort it out each time so we could have our car serviced. I phoned to cancel my new policy (I phoned on 30-Jan-13) and to query why the previous policy debit order was still going off. The representative said that someone from finance and someone from the cancellation department would contact me the same day, I even confirmed with her that it would be the same day, and she said, "Yes ma'am, definitely today". It is now the 9th of February 2013 and NO ONE has phoned me. I have sent an e-mail and this has also been ignored. Liquid Captial has the WORST service EVER! I have no idea why I was stupid enough to take out a second maintenance policy with this company. Even though I have paid up my first policy the debit order is still going off of my account. I cannot even begin to voice how much I dislike this company and how many hassles I have experienced. It's shameful!
