Can you release the money sooner?

I getting paid with standard bank cheques and are paying R85 to have it released after 3 days. The company i supply can only do EFT's on a monthly basis. At the moment i cannot get a business loan due to my financial profile. The previous business banker used to release my money immediately. But now it has become a nightmare because i am working less and are earning less.
