Accounts and the bad attitude, they are parrasites

I took out a loan with them not sure about the dates but it was in 2009 then 2010 march i settled the loan, I went to the branch in Bree street told them that i want to settle the account they printed out a letter with the amount i was supposed to pay..I settle the account on the very same day but now all of a sudden i owe them money... i tried calling them in january they said they would get back to me but they didnt please resolve this before i loose it
