First National Bank
SHOCKING SERVICE AND A FIREARM

Firstly there is a gentleman who walking into the bank with a gun in his pants not even in a holster no security to check if this man is a criminal or not. The risk that presented itself at the time was unacceptable. Then there is never any staff, I have been to the branch twice this week and there 6 sales consultant stations and only two consultants who are working. when asked who where the staff is we are told that people are off sick and that this is the first time they are experiencing this issue, Every other time I have been to this branch there has been less that 3 consultants working. the Branch manager is also off and no one is there snr enough to deal with customer complaints. an hour later when i begin to throw my toys only then is some one willing to assist me but there are 7 other people sitting in the same line waiting and complaining about the same thing. The service consultants that are supposed to assist walk around asking what we want have done in the bank giving me attitude as if they are doing me a favor. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE because even at that they don't have access to that part of the system!!!
