Am I not previously disadvantaged enough?

Business & Finance

I own two vehicles, financed on my business name.

1. BMW X5, with MFC - R4480.38 p/m.
2. BMW 320d, with BMW Finance - R6765.60 p/m.
3. Insurance: R 2054.90 p/m with BMW Insurance.

TOTAL R 13, 300.88 p/m.

I leave the right balance for all debit orders in one bank a/c monthly.

In Dec 2012 my insurance premium went up by R528.23. Debit order went off on 7Dec. I was unaware of the increase.

This resulted in my DSTV debit order (R600) being returned. I immediately rectified it and a double debit was done in Jan 2013.

Now BMW Finance WILL NOT approve ONE car for me (because a debit was returned), although BOTH others are being settled, and although the total cost per month will be lower for me.

BMW Insurance supplied me with a LETTER CONFIRMING that "I was not aware of the increase."

Dealer followed up with "Zanzi" but she just copped attitude: "DSTV has nothing to do with insurance."

Yet STANNIC APPROVED me for a R549, 000.00 vehicle WITHOUT settlement of both cars!

If "affordability" is argued, then this should be better for me. If not - am I being profiled by race?

I would like to speak to an area manager about this. I am trying to be a loyal customer!

No thanks!
