DMC HARASSMENT

I am cosistently being harrased by these DMC who state that I have an unpaid Truwrths account of R 275, which I am not aware of, . I did mention to them that my ID had been a few years ago then and maybe the person could have opened up an account with my ID and then they state that they will look into the matter, but there after two days they call again and then you have to explain again to the same stupid call centre agent, and its an annoying process, one call agent told me that I must fax her proof that my ID had been! These are the most annoying people and I see that this is not the forst complain registered here against them, I will be opening up a case with my attorney stating harrassment if it is not sorted out!!!
