I went to Standard bank MTN service centre in Fairland; a consultant by the name of James Mosehle; was so rude, disrespectful and arrogant. I have encountered a problem with my bank cards, when I purchase items from the store it used to decline even though there were funds but when I went to an ATM I could withdraw money. The issue was with swiping my cards in the stores. I was first serviced by a gentleman called Eugene who was really helpful and managed to order me a new cards without me paying for a replacement as my cards were old and the cheep was changing colour. The new cheque card was delivered but not my credit card. So I explained to James that I also needed my credit card 2 be replaced as it was giving the same problem and it was expiring on 03/13. He told me that I could only get my card in March; I explained to him that I need the card to be replaced ASAP as it's not working. He told me that Standard will charge me a fee for replacing the credit card because the expiry date has not come yet even if it's faulty. I told him I won't pay because the cheque was replaced without me paying as it was faulty. He said I must not take out my frustration on him and I must leave".
