I went to Standard Bank Sandton City on the 12 June 2013, i was there before 9am, the gentleman that assisted me was late for work, as he rushed in after 9, however i advised was there to pick up 2 cards, a cheque card and a credit card and both were new cards, he adv only one was available, so i received the cheque card, i enquired about linking this to my internet banking and he assisted, however he didnot set any limits on it and my internet banking electronic limts are erased and my one pure save account that i had opened has vanished, he assured me everything will be fine, i know have to go to the bank again to sort this matter out and i expect this should have been sorted out the first time. I took his word for it that it would be sorted and only when i got home i realised this issue. Another disapointing thing, i requested both my cards to be delivered to standard bank sandton city, and the credit card was delivered to standard bank on corner of alice and west street, so i had to go there to pick up the card, another waste of my time. Extremely disappointed.
