I am really disappointed with the Service the consultant at Nedbank Eastgate. i have many time followed up, left messages and emails regarding my application for overdraft.
I can understand that she is busy but the minimum is to respond to the client. i feel like i am not important to them.
i have banked with other banks and never felt that way. This is a really bad customer service and i wil stop banking with you.
