AM I TO BLAME FOR THE STATE OF THE ROADS

I am @a loss 2understand wat the delay is &indeed wat further investigations r or need 2still b undertaken with regard 2my claim 2the JRA submitted during Oct 2012. More particularly given that the pothole which is the cause of the damage 2my vehicle &is resultant upon my claim was repaired within a day or 2of my claim/damages having been reported. The feeling is that these are simply delaying tactics adopted with a view 2never paying out (it's 4months since this claim was 1st reported photos submitted &a meeting/investigation held with &by JRA) who I now understand hav been found simply 2be "not guilty"&"deny the claim" &I am not entitled 2any further explanation. I find this inconceivable given that not once have JRA ever denied their responsibility. Without the courtesy of any feedback 2which I understand I am similarly not entitled &enquiring with Ms Carvalho &being informed it was my duty 2keep following up I was told after having made several calls that it had been handed over 2Johannesburg Water. On questioning whether if they too were found 2be "not guilty" does the state of the roads now make me guilty 2 which I was told that she was not @liberty 2comment.
