I contacted the claims department in connection with my camera that I could not find to find out weather I could claim for is seeing as I replaced it a month before. This was on 11 Jan. I spoke to Jani and she requested me to email the slip for the new camera to her so that she can claim for it. I spoke to her 2 weeks ago on the Wednesday and she told me that she only received the slip on that morning because she was having trouble with her emails. She also confirmed that she has requested a quote from het supplier as she could not use my slip for the claim as it is a different camera. I sent numerous emails since then and I also called yesterday and spoke to Baniswa and she told me that she would follow the matter up with Jani and see that the claim gets settled asap. Now Im using this as a last resort as I don't know where to turn to anymore, My emails don't get answered and I don't get any callbacks fom anyone concerning my claim.
