My Health comes first!!

I have had a loan with FNB Smart Loans, which I had not been able to pay for a while.

So FNB took it upon them without my permission to take funds from my account, which in the beginning was just R500 and something per month.

I contacted them last year and they told me that this was done by their system and as per my contract with them they have the right to do so without my permission. So I was like ok fine.

The strange thing about these deductions though was that they did not go off every month. Sometimes they would skip months and other time they would do it month after month.

I have been diagnosed with a hernia by my doctor since last year and have not been able to get a surgery done for this because of my finances.

This year I decided to take a loan to be able to pay for my surgery and then FNB decides to deduct R7333 from the loan that I made for R10 000.00 for my surgery!

And now even after I have sent them a letter from my doctor to prove I need the cash for the surgery. Even after I have informed them that they can call their own doctor for a second opinion! They do not want to reverse my cash back!

Please help I am in serious pain and need to go under the knife!
