NEDBANKS DEDUCTS OVER R12 500 FROM MY ACCOUNT

On 25 January, Nedbank decucted R10780 from my account without any prior notification due to them cancellaing my debt review. Apparently it was cancelled in June last year already, and who is the last person to know about this? ME. After about 17 calls, I finally get through to someone to assist, but all my money will not be refunded as 'I was in breach'. I entrusted my debt councillor with this and again, received no comms from him or Nedbank re-cancellation. Then on 05 Feb 2013, they deduct another R1597 from my account, again, no notification, not that it would've been better! After each deduction, I get an sms from the lawyers, Norton Attorneys'saying, 'thank you for your payment'... REALLY? No one tells me about the cancellation last year or sends any comms, then after a HUGE amount of money is dedcuted, I get an sms saying 'thank you'. I phone Nedbank everyday on the numbers given to me and have only got through once... Bottom line, I'm still a couple of grand out of pocket and hopefully this will get someone's attention in an effort to resolve this matter.
