I have not been able to spend my ebucks via the ebucks website for well over a year. I logged 2 complaints months apart but the issue was never resolved. I called the call centre today after getting the exact same error I have been getting for over a year when I try to checkout. Alistar told me that he will get someone to look at the problem and call me later. I wasn't holding my breath as this would be the 3rd time someone was attempting to solve the issue. He called back and the issue was resolved, so Thanks Alistar.
