4 months to fix R50k damage on a nuwe Suzukie Vita

A&G has not done their job in tems of service when my car was in an accident on 9 November 2012, my car has been at Alden auto since 3 December 2012. Maxwel, Ricardo, Harvey (repaire consultant) and Mologobe al have delt with me but never followup or called me back.
As of today 07/02/2013 I have no indication as to when I can get my car back
I feel Alden Auto en Auto and General are useless and will not recoment them for anything to anybody
