No lona, debit orders and financial harrasment

I have logged 2 hello peter complaints on the 11:42 Tue 28 Feb 2012 and 14:48 Thu 7 Jun 2012 about the same issue: A Standardbank loan account that I dont have.
This morning I received a call from the collections department. I spoke to Ms mmapule dirane from 45 commisioner street. She was withholding information from me when I was trying to find out more about this apparent loan. She refused to give email address, number for complaints division .. I told her to escalate this further to the division that handled the previous query. She refused. I must run around like a headless chicken to resolve this, I don't think its fair.. She told me that I opened a loan of 25K and I am owing R461.88. I asked her if here were any other debit orders that went of since inception she said it was one of R 390.86.I want my money back standardbank an When I asked this Ms Mapula what does the amount of R461.88 comprise of, she said it was the initiation fee: I DONT HAVE A LOAN! Mapula knows very well that I am not at fault . this was the previous reference number I had 46294788, the loan account number is : 10005812753.. And i want my refund
