YET AGAIN NO STATEMENT

Yet again I have received no statements! This, after I had been in a huge fight with African Bank and Beares regarding this matter a month ago!!! When I phone, everybody just keeps passing the buck! But there is no problems with my payments. But when I need service, I get none. This the last straw!!!
