1. I had to open a case with the Ombudsman because no one informed me or included me in the correspondence to get funds transferred from Old Mutual.

2. Consultants reply to emails without reading the email thread and then respond in an insulting and patronizing manner.

3. After giving Allan Gray a bad review last year, I have not received any review options again. I wonder why?

4. They split the retirement funds and then accused me of requesting it, yet it was due to the lack of action on the Old Mutual transfer.

5. Is Allan Gray no longer prepared to educate their staff or pay for competent people, preferring instead to focus on a good BEE rating?
