Today has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I went to the cellphone store to have my screen fixed. I left my phone there at 9 a.m. He said it would be ready after 2 p.m. I arrived there at 2 p.m., but they had gone for prayers, and it wasn't finished. I then went and did other shopping. I arrived back at the store at 2:30 p.m., and it was still not finished. I reminded him that I left my phone at 9 a.m., but he insisted it was 11 a.m. When I mentioned that I was his first client of the day, he proceeded to shout at me, which led to me causing a scene. This is not the first time he has taken his time. Whether he is paying his lease or not, he is going to cause the building to get a bad reputation, as I have witnessed him being rude to others as well.
