SARS Clearance

I made the awful decision of relying on Allan Gray to manage getting a tax clearance certificate.

Allan Gray, cut copied and pasted on "terms" when they sent me documentation.

I am currently stuck, awaiting a decision from FAIS and PFA.I

Now SARS has done an audit and says i owe them over R 26 000 as shortage of payment by me.
Penalty on this is at over R 2 500 per month.

I cannot pay, cos Allan Gray still has my funds... Beware when you deal with companies who does business in this manne
