No response from the R400 promo offer or SMS

I Nigel Roets was quoted R1800 on car insurance compared to Mi way R704.67 I think this is ridiculous and now and I have sent 2 e-mails to Naledi Mahalefa and Musa Shimati 2days ago already and eventually had to call them to find out if they received my correspondence. I requested written response and up until now nobody contacted me and I need written response and feedback as to when my R400 will be paid out and when I will receive a sms notification as promised by Naledi because I have had no response...
