False Advertising On R400.00 Payment

I quoted on the 31/01/2013, when i did the quote the response to them calling me was immediate, but when OUTSURANCE gave me my Premium of R1057 roughly the consultant then questioned me as to how much i was payin i informed him it was R575 with a flat Excess of R3000.00 he then informed he could not beat the premium but neglected to say anything about the R400.00 for not beating the insurance quote.

I have subsequently tried to get a hold of NALEDI (GUY) in promotions department to but just cannot get through have made over 5 calls, i recieved a DIRECT CONTACT NUMBER FOR HIM, but no answer 012 648 8157

I also have a reference number for the call when i gave the lady my details for NALEDI to contact me REF: 20093790

Please provide feedback as i did the quote at 09:30 this morning.
