I have an active FNB account, and I both receive and pay out funds regularly. I have verified my bank account online with FNB as required. I am overseas on a work assignment, of which the bank was advised before I left. My account is in good standing. I cannot sit on the phone waiting for someone to pick it up because I know the call queues are long. I would like to email them but when filling in the form I can only put in a local number, which I no longer have. Please advise who to contact and how. This is nonsense. A banking institution should have varied options for clients who may be overseas or not in SA to access.
