Refuse to give me my money

January 2023 I finished paying them R1593 and February 2023 they came back to my account and debited me again, I'm so upset right now they have been giving me run around, they don't wanna pay me back my money, I speak to different people every time and they would say they are processing a payment back in my account before the end of the day, but end of the day cames nothing in my account.
I spoke Samantha on the 10/03/2023 said I shall receive my money but nothing until now.
It's 3 weeks now and they don't want with my money
