Misleading and No honest ly

Finance27 are not honest, I applied for a loan and sent everything and they sent me an approval form then they came back saying my account number on my profile is not the same as the one they have on record then I should send proof of account. After sending proof they told me on Thursday that money will be released at 15:00 then I called Friday morning to be told that money is fro Me nedbank and since I’m ABSA I should wait till after 12:00 there were no funds and Monday when I enquirer about the funds I was told money has been paid and I should send them my statement to show I haven’t received the money, after sending the statement I received an email form Marijke the consultant there saying sorry you didn’t qualify that’s we didn’t pay the money. When I checked my credit profile it shows that I owe them R2405 where else I didn’t receive money from them.
