Debit with no Contract

I went to an Ellerines store to purchase goods. The manager told me he would prepare a contract that he will send me to sign. He failed to do this, and a few weeks later, in my absence, delivers goods to my mother. She does not sign receipt of any goods. The goods included items that I had no intentions of buyung and neither had I signed for. my account started being debitted. I made a complaint. Because it was not being sorted out, I stopped the debits at my bank. That is when I started being called, and told I will be blacklisted et al. Promises were also made that the issue will be sorted. So far, they have failed to give me a copy of the contract they say I signed with them.
The responsible person was contacted by me on a number of occasions yet I am not facing "blacklistment". The BIG BANK vs THE LITTLE MAN.
