I received my car from hail-damage repairs (which took a little over 3 months), on the 26th January 2013. The car is in a shocking condition. My dashboard is sun burnt, the assembly of the door panels is still loose, the passenger door handle is broken, and my car generally looks like it was used as a pick-up truck for the three months it was in for repairs. There's rubber seals that are broken, the rubber seals were not fitted back properly, I could go on... I called in on the 1st February to complain about it. The lady told me that unfortunately it will have to be escalated to the repairs managers, so she gave me their numbers. I have been trying every day, till yesterday since I got their numbers to get hold of Marcellino Snow & Thuli Duma. Their telephones just ring 011 710 0445 & 011 710 0490 respectively.

I then called in on Tuesday 5 Feb, spoke to Nishal at claims to tell him about my problem with my car that looks like it aged 10 years whilst in their care and that I could not get hold of their repair managers. He assured me he'd be escalating it to the claims manager who will escalate it to the repairs managers. I have the call recordings. I haven't heard from FFW since.
