African Bank
LOAN DECLINED

Good Morning
I have been a client of African bank since I think 2003, I have never had problems with them! The thing is that my mom and I have a joint account and they never had a problem granting me a loan!

I applied for a loan on Wednesday, and I signed evertying as it was approved. I never heard anything again and phoned this morining to hear what is happening... afterall I applied for the loan as I need the money for something! Just to tell me that the can not approve it due to the bank account!

Now I wonder by myself how did they approve all the other loans in the past? And the manageress in Roodepoort talked to me asif I am a or something! Do not think that is the way to treat a lojal custermer that has been doing business with them for nearly 12 years!
