I trust all is well with the company

Please note I won't be able to continue with the school and classes of quick trade.
The reason is I'm no longer employed and have no source of income to pay for lessons and trading as well.
I called earlier and they advised me to send an email to confirm my cancellation request.
I would like to request that all debit orders should be stopped as of today 22/09/2021.
When I have found work and income will re apply.

Kingston requested I send him a letter and 3 months bank statement which I did on the 23/09/2021 today on 06/10/2021 he states i never sent him the requested. How can i not send them if I wont' be able to the course? I have proof of emails sent to him regarding this matter.
