KEEP ON PHONING ME ABOUT MY BLUE CARD BUT NO CARD

I have no credit card or standardbank account and they keep on phoning me to said my card are in arears.i stop the debit order last year after i found out the debit order is for a standard bank account what i havent got.they cant send me the contract or documents stated that i have a account.the keep on phoning me in the evenings and how more i told them i have not a account they must send me the papaerwork how more they phone and still no paperwork
