My insurance premuims went up by a large amount. I was going to cancel my insurance as the reason I was given for the increase was hail. Tinashe contacted me and was quick in wanting to get this issue resolved. He apologised for the country wide letter that gets sent to all Auto and General clients. He quickly recalculated my premuims and spoke me through where I could get even more savings. I am very grateful for Tinashes' speedy services and will be staying with Auto and General Insurance.
