Today I requested a Credit Report from Experian. The Following is listed on the statement:

My cheque account was overdue with R1100 and made an arrangement to pay R800 which I did. The balance of R330 got to R530 which I queried. A few days later the Manager from ABSA Kuils River called me and notified me that my account is closed, with any notification. Today I found this nonsense on the statement. ABSA I was willing to pay that R330. If I knew that you will list me at the Credit Bureau I would have paid the account in full. But you closed it without my consent. I'm utterly disgusted with how you handled me as a client. And it seems that ABSA have incompetent staff members. I need this matter be resolved a.s.a.p.
