Centrafin is the Worst Financial Company EVERR

I would rather eat hot tar than do business with Centrafin again...

I have been begging this incompetent company called Centrafin for more than 2 weeks for an amortization account for our accountants. It should not take Centrafin more than a couple of minutes to get it ready. This should be basics for a company that claims to be a financial institution.

Telephonically Centrafin consultants say I have to request via email and via email they do not even respond. Can't say they are bad at client service because they do not service clients at all at all... My first email went out to Centrafin on the 22nd of April 2016.By the 2nd of May I have not received a single response back yet. I have phoned 3 times and sent them 4 emails during this time. Not even the courtesy to say they have received any of it. Last time I phoned the lady said she will look into it. This was days ago. I have literally received better financial services from KFC in Centurion.

Well done Centrafin, you just won worst company of 2016 award. I will not use Centrafin EVER again. Get your house in order… To all consumers, feel free to avoid them like the plague, unless you enjoy it when companies completely ignore you
