Firstly let me say I am a first time car owner and first time insurance applicant. On the 29th January I was involved in an accident. The call centre staff have been absolutely wonderful assisting with all my queries, even though I speak to someone different every time, and I must say I am also impressed at the speediness of the assessor. The day after the car was towed he had already been. On Monday the the 03rd February I was called by the assessor and was told by him that the assessment would be submitted within the next day. I have called everyday and left messages for Waheen to call me with regards to the feedback on the finalization of the claim with no feedback. All I would like is to know where my car is, how soon repairs can commence and what and when I can pay the excess.
