Yes it has been a tough month and my debit order was not honoured. But instead of Auto and General phoning me to find out what is wrong and when can they rerun the debit order, they decided to rather debit my account twice. Thus resulting in 2 bounced transactions and 2 unpaid bank charges. It's the lack of communication that is just not on, and now I'm being penalised on my bank account.
