I need my money back ASAP otherwise I'm gonna sue you big time, who authorized you to debit my other account that I did not use to take the device with? I have made arrangements with blake and associates not with you as you decided to hand me over. I have been to the branch since Monday and david promised me that his team leader will call me within 24hrs and I was back on Wednesday and Dicklyn promised me the same thing before close of business and it is Friday now and nobody has bothered to call me or reverse my money. My son has missed his registration date due to your incompetence. Who have I made arrangements with? yes NOBODY and whoever was finger happy authorized R700 to be debited without my knowledge. Please reverse my money asap as I now take FNB to be instead of protecting my money you take it without talking to me. How can you do that? that's inhumane I will switch banks as from now and I have been baking with you for the past 10 years and nothing of such has ever happened to me.
