Declined for claiming

To my surprise I was just declinedfor claiming for hail damage! I have not claimed in the last 3 years for anything else but the hail damage last year. But I get declined for only that! I wanted to insure my car and all my valuables with them but it seems that they do not want the business... Would definitely not recommend them to anybody.
