Good Day Mike, you responded to my complaint that I posted yesterday on hello peter, confirming that payment for my claims were made on the 20th September, for the past 2 weeks now this is the only feedback I have been getting from Nicolene, like I said in my email I was struggling to get a remittance which you also assured me yesterday will be sorted and sent to the doctor offices, now I got an email yesterday late afternoon from someone at DAY1 providing me with new info that the claim HAS INFACT NOT BEEN PAID and that it was rejected, it has now been over a month and only now this surfaces, I am very upset as I was told by both yourself and Nicolene that this was paid on the 20th Sep, the doctor has now already waited for the payment now over a month, I would not be surprised if he choses not to be on the network anymore causes us and not essential med to suffer as a result, I did explain yesterday that we have been struggling for the past 6 months now to find a doctor and finally we have found one, I did tell Nicolene in an email yesterday to get you involved and for you to contact me via email pref. she has as expected not replied just ignored me
