Worst service I have ever received, dissrespectful

I logged a call with ABSA Home insurance on the 23rd of January 2014, reference number 2526026. I received an sms confirming the logging of my call and the sms stated that ABSA will respond within 48 hours. I called a week later and my call was answered by a lady from the messaging department and she indicated that they are experiencing high calls volume but they will respond within 48 hours. I have since called them 4 times and send them an e-mail, however, they haven't contacted me.
My gate is getting damaged further as it is heavy especially for my kids and wife. We are also being inconvenienced big time, it is a rainy season, imagine having to open the gate manually while it is raining.

I feel very disrespected. Do I pay insurance to experience this kind of a service? This is highly unacceptable. My cars and house hold content are insured with OUTsurance, I can't wait to also insure my structure with them or another insurance company that respect their customer.
I am contemplating moving banks, I thought having an account with them for 15 years or so and having been had a mortgage with them for 7 years would "give me an advantage", very off.
