Last week Wednesday 4 December i logged a call with Absa Insurance for a broken window at my house. They promised feedback within 48 hours. I have been trying since 09h00 this morning to contact their call center for an update on my claim. They haven't answered a single call (my longest hold time 47 minutes!!!) So frustrating to pay for a service and get this kind of (non) service.
