Blatant dishonesty to look good on social media

RB Jacobs likes to pretend he is there to help. He tries (and fails) very hard to be funny. But I am not laughing. He outright to me in order to try to protect FNB's reputation (which is based on fallacy) on social media. About a week ago, my husband & applied to FNB for a home loan. My husband received a call to say he automatically did not qualify because he had not been self employed for more than 2 years, i.e. there was an automatic disqualification without the consideration of other factors. I complained about this on social media site Twitter. RB Jacobs responded that there was no such thing as an automatic disqualification & that someone would consider the factors, he then made a few patronising comments and asked me to mail him. I did this on 4 Feb, including ALL the app details. I received confirmation from him & another person that the complaint had been received. Then I heard nothing. On 6.2.14 I sent RBJ a tweet asking why I'd heard nothing. He asked me to send EVERYTHING AGAIN!!! Unbelievable. Then I get a mail this morning saying that the app is automatically declined for the original reason. RB Jacobs is a blatant.
